Instruction on the application of the consumer's right to withdraw from the contract

1. The right to withdraw from the contract

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving a reason within 14 days.

The withdrawal period from the contract expires 14 days from the day when you or a third party designated by you, with the exception of the carrier, takes over goods (this also means a voucher - a gift voucher sent by email) that was delivered last.

When exercising the right to withdraw from the contract, inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear declaration by letter sent by mail to the correspondence address:

The deadline for withdrawal from the contract is preserved if you send a notice of exercising the right to withdraw from the contract before the withdrawal period expires.

2. Consequences of withdrawing from the contract

After withdrawing from the contract, we will return all payments that you made in connection with the conclusion of the contract, especially the purchase price, including the costs of delivering the goods to you. This does not apply to additional costs if you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer.

Withdrawal from the contract for the purchase of Spa Aqua Aphrodite (water) and Aphrodite cosmetics. Payment for the purchased goods will only be made upon delivery of the returned goods back to the address of Spa and Wellness, s.r.o.. Osloboditelų 131/4, 013 13 Rajecké Teplice, or upon presentation of a document proving the return of the goods, whichever occurs first.

Send us the goods back or hand it over to our company's sales department no later than 14 days from the day of exercising the right to withdraw from the contract. The period is considered to be preserved if you send the goods back before the expiration of the 14-day period.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods as a result of handling them in a way other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and functionality goods.

The goods must be returned to the buyer undamaged, unopened from the protective packaging, without tampering with the protective packaging and in the original packaging. The refund will be made in the same way that you used for your payment, unless you have expressly agreed with another payment method without charging any additional fees.
